A delegation from the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), led by Ms. Ngone Diop, Director of the Sub-Regional Office for West Africa, visited the premises of the African Continental Free Trade Area National Committee (AfCFTA-NC) in Côte d'Ivoire. The delegation was welcomed by Ms. Fatoumata Fofana, Executive Secretary of the AfCFTA-NC.
As a technical and financial partner in the implementation of the AfCFTA-NC, the purpose of the UNECA’s visit was to discuss the current state of the agreement's implementation within the UNECA framework and to explore new avenues for collaboration.
