| Project Description | In Côte d'Ivoire, women and youth play an essential role in trade, making a significant contribution to the production of exportable goods, whether as stakeholders in cross-border trade or as managers and owners of businesses involved in such trade. Many Ivorian women and youth have found cross-border trade a way out of precarious living conditions. The key role they play in trade and the Ivorian economy highlights the need to give them a central place if the country is to exploit its trade potential to the full. The main aim of this project is to promote the participation of women and youth in cross-border trade and entrepreneurship. |
